Story
Particle Measuring Systems is a manufacturer of particle counters stationed out of Boulder, Colorado, with distributors and sales representatives in China, Brazil, Japan, France, Italy, Mexico, Germany and other areas of Europe.
In operation since 1972, the company has roughly 150 employees in its Colorado office.
The company went live on IFS on March 1 in Boulder. Their familiarity with IFS was minimal, so they sought a partner with strong IFS understanding and a willingness to make customers better IFS users.
Solution
Particle Measuring Systems reached out to Nayo Technologies before the Colorado office went live with its IFS solution. The two sides were able to work together to devise a strategy that best fit their needs.
Because of this, the implementation of IFS was smooth and the company did not suffer from any downtime.
Nayo also assisted with the Rome office go-live on July 1 and supported scheduling challenges across time zones, including patching and Oracle database management tasks.
